Okay, so ruffles are everywhere and I have to say, I am a supporter. Now I know lots of us let’s say ‘bigger busted ladies’ do have to be careful where we wear our ruffles, as nobody wants to look like an 80’s prom queen. However a ruffle in the right place can look amazing. I personally love a ruffle on a sleeve, I think it can add an extra touch of detail, and make an outfit look much more elegant.
I bought this particular blouse for a bargain at Forever 21 and just love the ruffle detailing around the sleeve and neckline. It’s clear to see that when ruffles are presented in chiffon it can give a very delicate, feminine look.
