I don’t know how it has took me this long to do a weekly post on culottes, because I LOVE them! A few years ago I was in two minds about culottes, I always thought to wear them you had to be super skinny and super tall, I am not small at 5’7 but I always thought I was still not tall enough. However, in Hong Kong culottes are perfect for the heat, without showing too much leg! I have been extremely lucky that culottes have been in fashion since I moved to Hong Kong, as they make dressing in the heat much more easy.

The first choice are a super comfy pick, they are Bershka Ribbed Culotte Trousers at a very reasonable £14.99. They also come in a selection of colours and can be paired with a crop top duo, for a complete comfy outfit.

Number two are a more formal choice, they are Zara Linen Trousers that will cost you a reasonable £39.99. I personally think the hem detailing on this pair are amazing and could really add something to a plain outfit.

Like the last choice, these Asos Culotte Trousers with Ruffle Hem are a formal pair of culottes, that would look great with heels for a night out or for work with a shirt tucked in. The cost of this pair are £35, which are pretty reasonable considering how formal they are.

Option number four, again are pretty formal they are Circular Ring Zip Detail Culottes Pink which will cost you £25 at Miss Guided. I love the colour of these beauties, it’s not a colour I have a lot of, as I rarely venture away from black, but these could look pretty special with a white top.

Number five are this weeks designer option, they are Jonathan Simkhai Crochet-trimmed stretch-crepe culottes and will cost you a pretty hefty £360. However look at the detailing… I think I am in love!!

I hope this post helped anybody out there looking for a pair of culottes, the research for this post really got me wanting to spend more money, culottes for me are too tempting.
