Okay, I’ve stated in the past that I love culottes and these ones in particular have to be my widest purchase yet; they have so much material in them! Because of their width they are super comfortable, whilst still being nice enough to dress up.

Here in Hong Kong, night life on the whole is pretty casual. There are not many events that call for a dressy look, of course in many places personal choice plays a part. That’s why on a Saturday night in Central, you will see people in shorts and flip flops in the same bar as someone in a dress and heels…anything goes! Call me old fashioned (or Scouse) but I just can’t get on board with flip flops of an evening. When going out of an evening I still need my lippy on and to feel a little more glam than my regular casual day look. Thats why this look is perfect. Pairing culottes with a body eliminated the casual look, then add a heeled sandal and you are good to go…your perfect casual (but really a little glam) drinks look.
